About us

We are a member of the Presbyterian family of churches (PCANZ). Our new building was opened in March 2023 after a 7-year long rebuild.

We are proudly rooted in and serving the local Bishopdale community, yet have much wider connections and interests throughout the world.

We believe that the whole Bible is the inspired word of God to lead us (as a faithful and sufficient guide) to the living Word of God - Jesus Christ.

And we believe that the biblical faith is truthfully and elegantly represented in the historic creeds and confessions of the Christian Church, most notably the Apostles' Creed and the Nicene Creed. And they are well summarised in our contemporary confession of faith - Kupu Whakapono.
